was able to conduct an inspection the same day it was requested. He took his time to fully inspect the property and gave me

is the best. He is always prompt and very thorough. Erich takes the time to explain the different systems to the homeowner
if they need it. He also explains to them any required maintenance that they may want to do to keep their systems running
in tip top shape. Erich does a very good job of finding and explaining any items he finds at the home inspections to the buyers
